Art Stuff
I want you to love your products from me – but if something goes wrong, I’m here to help (within reason)
Before every item leaves my studio you can rest assured they have been carefully inspected to ensure it meets my self diagnosed ADHD ultra high standards for quality and condition. I took great care in preparing your order. Dropped, scratched, cracked or damaged acrylics are not refundable. I know they are packed with the greatest of care and I have personally drop kicked and have thrown an acrylic across the studio in it’s packaging to test it’s durability. The box and bubble wrap are tough.
WAIT TIME – Production Turn Times
This clock is always running. Whether I’m working on your product or the one before yours, just note, that within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, the process begins. Your proof will be to you by the third business day. Just note, if I’m missing details on your custom orders, the proof may take longer if we’re corresponding.
ADJUSTMENTS – Revisions
On all custom orders, you’ll receive up to 3 minor changes on your artwork, such as color changes, change cereal, change cereal name. After 3 changes it will be a $15 charge to redraw.
AFI – Awaiting Further Information – Project Production
Orders move fast. If I sent you an email and I don’t hear from you, I’m not going to hound you until I hear back. I know everyone is busy, but keep an eye on your inbox to move your art project forward.
SHIPPING – Address Inspection
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Davey is attentive, but I’ll only send to what you provide me. If for some reason we need to adjust the address, please let me know asap.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
I’m a small business, not the big online ZON with prime memberships. I don’t have a refund policy. Some of my products are low margin items. If something has happened, please contact me here on my site to let me know what’s going on. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are NOT accepted from being returned. Custom printed washed clothing, damaged wearables, blankets, cannot be returned directly to me. If purchased at my art store, the on-demand printer should be contacted with your order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return postage is not covered. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, for the item (not the shipping) and a partial credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If not approved, your item will be returned.

I am a human and a team of me with projects coordination, art talent, bottle washer and dog walker. Very little sleep, grinding all hours. I am working hard to get your endorphin laden artwork to your door. So please, be gentle, be kind, be patient and most all be cool, like fonzie.
